We offer in-house training for all target regions worldwide. Open seminars in Heidelberg only take place for selected countries, such as the Arab world/Gulf region, Brazil, China, Germany, France, India, Japan, Korea, Russia, USA, International Teams...

Specialists and managers with international responsibility who are dealing with colleagues or business partners from foreign cultures for the first time, repeatedly or as part of projects.

For our intercultural training courses, the trainers are happy to come to your company.

Trainings and seminars normally last between 1-3 days (or by arrangement), from 9:00 - 17:00

Unsere inhaltlichen Trainingsvorschläge werden bei In-House Trainings in ausführlichen Vorabgesprächen auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse eines Unternehmens oder Projektteam abgestimmt.

Certified intercultural coaches from dgkit e.V. (Deutsche Gesellschaft für interkulturelle Trainingsqualität e.V.) impart background knowledge about foreign business as well as the country and its people in our training courses. In addition to many years of coaching and management experience in the target regions, we offer much more. This means that you learn from trainers at business eye level, i.e. from people with real practical and training experience.

Each participant receives an official certificate of participation after the respective event.

On request, Palabras offers participants a (chargeable) hotline/consulting service to answer current questions on intercultural issues when working with their foreign business partners. This has proven to be very useful when working with foreign business partners. This has proven to be very valuable in the past.

For in-house training, the number of participants should not exceed 12. For open seminars, a maximum of 8 people take part (to give each participant enough time to discuss their own topics).
