Qualifications and skills

  1. Completed training or studies in computer science, information technology or a related field.
  2. Sound knowledge in the administration of Windows and/or Linux operating systems as well as in network administration.
  3. Experience in the configuration and maintenance of servers, network devices and IT security solutions.
  4. Ability to analyze technical problems and find effective solutions, both independently and as part of a team.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users at all levels.
  6. Resilience and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. Willingness to undergo further training and obtain additional certifications in the IT field.

  1. Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware, software and network components.
  2. Management of user accounts and access rights to systems and applications.
  3. Monitoring system performance and implementing proactive measures to optimize the IT infrastructure.
  4. Resolving technical problems and faults, both remotely and on site, and supporting users in troubleshooting.
  5. Implementation and execution of security measures, including firewall configuration, virus protection and data backup.
  6. Planning and execution of backups and recovery procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of data.
  7. Providing training and support for users in the use of IT systems and applications.
  8. Documentation of system configurations, changes and support requests.
  9. Evaluation of new technologies and solutions to improve the efficiency and security of the IT infrastructure.
  10. Compliance with data protection regulations and security guidelines in the IT sector.
