- Qualifications and skills:
- Completed training as a state-recognized physiotherapist or comparable qualification.
- Experience in the rehabilitation and treatment of patients with various musculoskeletal, neurological and pediatric conditions.
- Strong manual skills and knowledge of physiotherapy techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with patients, relatives and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Care and support:
- Carry out physiotherapy assessments to evaluate the patient's condition and needs.
- Development of individualized treatment plans based on the patient's needs and goals and taking into account medical prescriptions.
- Application of various physiotherapy techniques and modalities, including manual therapy, massage, movement and stretching exercises, electrotherapy and heat/cold therapy.
- Guiding patients in performing exercises and therapies to improve mobility, strength, endurance and function.
- Monitoring the progress of patients, adjusting treatment plans if necessary and regularly documenting the results of therapy.
- Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Advice for patients and their families on preventive measures, self-management strategies and home exercise programs.
- Compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations within the scope of physiotherapy practice.
- Willingness to be flexible in terms of working hours and location, depending on patient care requirements.
- Completed training as a health and nursing professional.
- Active professional license and registration desirable.
- Application for recognition of professional qualification / notice of deficit
- Empathy and social skills in dealing with patients and relatives.
