- Recognition of the foreign qualification in Germany still pending or in progress.
- Good knowledge of German (at least level B2).
- First professional experience in the care sector is desirable.
- Commitment and willingness to learn to integrate into the German healthcare system.
- Ability to work in a team, empathy and enjoy dealing with people.
- Willingness to work shifts.
