Description

The German Conversation Course is an intensive and interactive learning experience designed to improve your oral communication skills in German. This course is intended for participants who already have a basic knowledge of German and wish to further develop their skills in speaking, listening, and comprehension.

Course Objectives:

  • Expanding vocabulary and expressive skills.
  • Developing confidence when speaking in.
  • Promoting natural and fluent language use.
  • Immerse yourself in the culture and everyday life of the speakers.

Course content:

The conversation course covers the following topics:

  1. Everyday situations: We will explore real-life everyday situations, such as shopping, traveling, eating out, and much more. You will learn how to communicate in these situations.
  2. Discussions and debates: Through discussions and debates on current topics, you will improve your ability to argue a point and express your opinions.
  3. Role-playing games: In role-playing exercises, you will take on different roles to simulate real-life communication situations and improve your language skills.
  4. Pronunciation and accent: We will focus intensively on the correct pronunciation and intonation in [language] to help you be understood more clearly.
  5. Cultural understanding: An important part of the course will be learning about the cultural nuances and social customs of the speakers.

Course format:

This conversation course is held in a small group of students to ensure maximum interaction and personalized feedback. The course lasts 4 weeks and can be renewed on an ongoing basis; classes are held twice a week, each lasting 90 minutes.

Requirements:

To participate in the conversation course, participants should have at least a B1 level of German. A placement test can be administered before the course begins to ensure that learners start at the appropriate level.
