  1. Care and support:
    • Implementation of needs-based care measures, taking individual needs into account.
    • Supporting patients in everyday activities, promoting mobility and maintaining quality of life.
  2. Documentation:
    • Accurate and timely documentation of nursing services and patient conditions.
    • Regular care planning and evaluation in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  3. Communication:
    • Close cooperation with doctors, therapists and other healthcare providers.
    • Communication with patients and their relatives to discuss information and concerns.
  4. Medication management:
    • Administration of medication according to the doctor's instructions.
    • Monitoring of side effects and interactions.
  5. Hygiene and infection prevention:
    • Compliance with hygiene standards and infection prevention measures.
    • Ensuring cleanliness in the care area.
  6. Patient education:
    • Informing patients about care processes and treatment plans.
    • Promotion of self-care skills and independent action.
  7. Emergency management:
    • Participation in emergency response training and active involvement in an emergency.
    • Rapid response to emergency situations and initiation of appropriate measures.
  • Completed training as a health and nursing professional.
  • Active professional license and registration desirable.
  • Application for recognition of professional qualification / notice of deficit
  • Empathy and social skills in dealing with patients and relatives.
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness for interdisciplinary cooperation.
  • Willingness for further education and training.
