- Recognition of the foreign qualification in Germany is still pending or in process.
- Good knowledge of German (at least at the B2 level).
- Some prior work experience in the healthcare field is preferred.
- Commitment and a willingness to learn in order to integrate into the German healthcare system.
- Ability to work well with others, empathy, and a passion for working with people.
- Willingness to work shifts.
