- You provide personalized basic and therapeutic care for the residents with both heart and mind
- Every resident has individual needs; you identify these and tailor the daily activities to meet them
- You document the care process for the resident (medication administration, care logs, etc.)
- Together with the on-site team, you play a significant role in ensuring the quality of care
- You're always there to listen to the residents and their families
- You have completed vocational training as a certified nursing professional, geriatric nurse, and/or health care and nursing professional
- We welcome you whether or not you have professional experience
- You are a team player and show empathy when interacting with residents and coworkers
- You work independently, are solution-oriented, and love to laugh—so do we!
- You're willing to work all shifts; if not, we'll find a solution
- You have some familiarity with IT
