  1. Tasks and responsibilities:
    1. IT support:
      • First and second level support for internal employees with hardware and software problems.
      • Installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
    2. Network administration:
      • Management and optimization of network infrastructures.
      • Ensuring network security and implementing firewall and security policies.
    3. System integration:
      • Integration of new software solutions into existing IT infrastructures.
      • Cooperation with other specialist departments to ensure smooth processes.
    4. Data security:
      • Implementation and monitoring of security measures to ensure data protection.
      • Creation of backup and recovery plans.
    5. Project management:
      • Participation in IT projects, from planning to implementation.
      • Documentation and reporting of project results.
  • Completed training or studies in the field of computer science,
    Information technology or comparable qualification.
  • Sound knowledge in the administration of
  • Windows and/or Linux systems.
  • Experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of network technologies and protocols.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Team orientation and good communication skills.

  • Willingness to undergo continuous further training.
